Our friends out at Big Horn Canyon NRA recently posted a photo of a large mountain lion who made an appearance on one of the Park’s trail cams near the Lockhart Ranch. Congrats on bagging Best of the Basin for January 27, 2017!

A cow and calf moose were spotted recently crossing Buffalo Bill Reservoir near Cody.  The photo, credited to Samantha Gullickson and published in the Cody Enterprise, takes home the prize for Best of the Basin, January 23, 2017!

Scouts from around the Basin gathered this weekend for the annual Klondike Derby at Camp Buffalo Bill west of Cody.  Powell Tribune reporter Gib Mathers captured these scouts practicing rescue training and with it, wins Best of the Basin for January 22, 2017.
